Senior 360 Recruiter - German Speaking (Poland/Budapest)

Are you a highly experienced recruiter with a passion for end-to-end talent acquisition and fluent in German? Join our dynamic, supportive team focused on recruitment across Central Europe for a key client. This role is based in Poland (preferred) or Budapest and offers the chance to be the key client stakeholder for non-English speaking markets.

The Role

This is a Senior 360 Recruiter position, covering the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer. You will be the main point of contact and an influential consultant for your German-speaking clients across multiple markets.Key Responsibilities

  • Full 360 Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process, including intake meetings, creating job adverts, sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
  • Strategic Consulting: Leverage a data-driven approach (using tools like TI5, RMI) to consult with and influence internal stakeholders, guiding them through the talent acquisition process.
  • Diverse Portfolio: Manage recruitment for a variety of roles across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technical positions, including hard-to-find Field Service Technicians for Beco and Whirlpool.
  • Market Coverage: Manage recruitment across Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Austria.
  • Process & Detail Orientation: Navigate and ensure compliance with evolving processes following the Beco-Whirlpool merger, requiring strong attention to detail.

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in German is a Must-Have: You will be the main stakeholder for the client as they do not speak English.
  • Experience: Significant recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 capacity (but strong sourcing and screening experience with a willingness to learn the consulting aspect is welcome).
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and a responsible mindset to effectively manage senior stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to manage and adhere to specific process requirements.
  • Polish Language (Nice-to-Have): Polish speaking skills would be an asset but are not mandatory.

You will be joining a supportive, inclusive team with a great atmosphere. The team includes two 360 recruiters in GBS and two on-site 360 recruiters.
