As a Talent Advisor, you will serve as a strategic and consultative partner, fully responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy for our client’s high-growth Sales organization. This critical role requires deep expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) talent acquisition and a proven ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies. You will build best-in-class sales teams that directly accelerate business growth, acting as a trusted advisor to Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers, and taking full ownership of requisition fulfillment and results.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring overall sourcing strategies and plans are developed and executed in a timely fashion. Therefore, understanding of sourcing methodologies and how to execute them to effectively develop a candidate pipeline is essential.

The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, where you will manage and participate in the daily activities of the recruiting team to facilitate the recruiting cycle is vital.

This role allows you to partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues, including Randstad Sourceright’s Talent Sourcing Specialists, Talent Assessment Specialists, Recruiting Coordinators and Centers of Expertise, to develop and execute talent strategies that produce quality hires for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as an advisor to Sales stakeholders to deeply understand their business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
• Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, and interviewing
• Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains
• Build pools of talent for the Sales organizations and disciplines
• Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates
• Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
• Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
• Champion diversity and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
• Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others
• Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

• 7+years proven success in full cycle recruitment, experience with SaaS Sales recruiting with knowledge of SMB products a huge plus.
• Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
• Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
• Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
• Success in developing inclusive pipelines
• Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
• Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
• Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration
• BA/BS or equivalent experience

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
