Senior Change Manager

This role can be located in the US working remotely.

The Senior Change Manager role sits as part of the program implementation division and focuses on partnering with clients in the Americas and globally. 

Experience:

  • Reasonable (e.g. not just months) experience in the recruitment industry, agency or MSP/RPO/SOW or significant internal TA experience.
  • Large amount of change management experience. Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizations

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of recruitment industry best practice, either agency, MSP, RPO and/or SOW.
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful change management
  • Understanding of project delivery and workstream management within a fast-paced business environment
  • Change Management certification (Prosci or comparable) highly preferred

Skills needed:

  • Strong and open communicator, both verbal and written. Advanced skills, able to influence leaders.
  • Hands on working mentality and attention to detail
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Ability to "think and act promptly"
  • Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skills, positively influenced under time pressure
  • Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another, ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
  • Managing client relationships with excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and excellent understanding of the client’s needs; ability to manage the change management aspect during implementation of new solutions
  • Sensitive in working and managing virtual teams
  • Ability to facilitate workstream meetings, lead capability uplift or deliver training

The base salary range for this position is $110,400 to $165,600 .

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
