Are you ready to evolve recruitment from a transactional process into a proactive, advisory partnership? Randstad Enterprise is looking for a strategic and solution-oriented Team Leader to drive excellence across our APAC operations in Japan.
In this role, you won't just manage requisitions; you will transition delivery into a high-level advisory capability, using market intelligence to solve complex talent challenges for our global clients.
As a Team Leader, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Advisory: Leading advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategies.
Operational Excellence: Managing aged requisitions through root-cause analysis and developing strategies to diminish Time-to-Hire (TTH).
Team Coaching: Empowering delivery teams through hands-on coaching and demonstrating effective use of talent communities.
Stakeholder Partnership: Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and account leadership.
Data-Driven Leadership: Analyzing talent community ROI and sourcing channels to ensure $35\%$ of hires originate from proactive sourcing
We need a leader who can solve issues pragmatically while developing sustainable process frameworks.
Experience: 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within an RPO/BPO model or internal recruitment function.
Problem Solving: A logical and methodological approach to troubleshooting and critical business decision-making.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with high-level decision-makers.
Adaptability: Proven ability to lead organizational changes and work independently without standard practices.
