Job Description 

Randstad Ireland Operations Limited, based at Whitney Moore, Shelbourne Buildings Crampton Avenue Shelbourne Road Co. Dublin, D04 W3V6 is seeking 1 Expert Talent Advisor to lead strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with managers across the organization and help shape our workforce strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and recommend top talent. 

Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning. 

Ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding. 

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain talent pipelines. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and provide strategic talent advice. 

Employment Details: 

Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week) 

Annual Salary: €60,000/ €28.85 per hour
