We are currently looking for a Expert Talent Advisor to support our client, an American multinational company known for its confectionary in the recruitment processes.

Based in Germany, this role works closely with key business stakeholders and a fantastic sourcing partner to create a seamless end to end recruitment experience. The role requires high attention to detail on documents and strong commercial acumen to have credible conversations with leaders in the business. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements (workforce planning)
• Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process
• Compliantly work within the ATS to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real time
• Share market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demand

About You

• A Minimum of 2 years experience in RPO recruitment with big goals and a desire to develop and grow
• Fluent English and German is essential
• Highly organised and manages time effectively
• Loves to learn 
• Enjoys structure and following a process
• Comfortable seeking help when they need it
