The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a growing senior qualified accounting desk placing senior level accounting professionals such as qualified accountants, financial controllers, CFOs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive your own success and make a major impact during a time of global focus and investment at Randstad. We offer a hybrid work model with core office days on Tuesday and Thursday, and a flexible third day.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in business development to identify and acquire new business, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Cold calling clients and selling Randstad’s services
• 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk 
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

About you

• You are an experienced recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and a resilient attitude.
• You have an accounting or finance recruitment experience within an agency environment 
• You're a strong business development professional who excels at building rapport and trust.
• You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills and align with a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
