purpose of the job
The Senior Product Designer will be a key contributor to Randstad Enterprise's global
strategic initiatives, directly impacting innovation and growth across all lines of business.
This role demands a product design generalist skillset, with responsibilities spanning multiple
platforms, including native mobile.
The successful candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative setting, working closely with
Product Management and Engineering to achieve high-quality, feasible outcomes within
project constraints. Beyond executing against the product roadmap, this position requires
proactive ownership of the user experience, including independently driving exploratory user
research and developing strategic redesign concepts for critical features to inform and shape
future product direction.
Product Designers are collaborators who work closely with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure our products are valuable, efficient, and beautiful. The level of this
role is open and can be tailored to the candidate.
responsibilities
● Collaborate with product managers to understand user and business requirements in
collaboration with users and engineers to lead design projects from ideation to
delivery.
● Communicate designs through detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
● Develop and deliver beautiful, hi-fidelity visual design mockups and specs.
● Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, product managers, and
stakeholders.
● Ability to create positive user journeys and flows demonstrating experience with
empathetic user design

education & experience
● 8+ years of experience working in-house as a permanent member of a product
design team with multiple designers.
● Have a strong portfolio of work samples showcasing interaction/UX design work &
process across platforms.
We're hiring a Lead User Experience Designer (Research & Adoption) who will:
Lead end-to-end UX research for Agentic AI-powered features
Translate complex user insights into product adoption strategy
Build a research framework that measures success (not just launches features)
Mentor a growing design team in an agile, innovation-first environment
Own the full product lifecycle—research, design, launch, and post-launch optimization

enterprise experience who has hands on (theoretical at a minimum) experience with building
UI flows for AI products
with enterprise and B2C / B2B applications with large user base. 1-2 years AI UI

What You'd Bring:

8+ years product design, 3+ in leadership
Deep user research methodology (qualitative + quantitative)
Experience with B2B/enterprise product design
Data-driven adoption and engagement metrics
Leadership maturity and stakeholder management

Experience with end-to-end product design, from ideation to collaboration with
engineering for final handoff.
● Expert experience using Figma including features such as components and
auto-layout.
● Familiarity and experience with web accessibility standards
● Experience working with design systems both as a contributor and as a user to
create new features.
● Any previous experience in software development is a plus. Coding is not part of this
role, but experience is helpful in collaborating with engineers.
● Experience conducting detailed user research at each stage of the product life cycle,
and using data to inform design decisions.
