The Opportunity

At Randstad, we aren't just filling roles; we are becoming the world’s most equitable Partner for Talent. We help global organisations position themselves for growth, execute complex strategies, and master business agility.

As we accelerate our mission, we are seeking an Advisory Director to join our Talent Advisory practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for an influential practitioner who blends data analytics with strategic execution. You will be the architect of change for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, helping them navigate the modern talent spectrum—from acquisition to outplacement.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Client Engagement

  • Lead the Way: Manage end-to-end consulting engagements for top-tier global tech brands.
  • Be the Expert: Facilitate workshops, create high-level deliverables, and use Randstad’s proprietary diagnostic tools to solve complex client issues.
  • Insight-Driven Strategy: Leverage external benchmarks and market data to guide client decision-making and innovation.

2. Practice Development

  • Build the Future: Assist in developing the workforce consulting practice methodology, including financial models and business cases.
  • Market Influence: Author whitepapers and thought leadership collateral to establish Randstad as the premier voice in the workforce consultancy space.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Account Executive teams to identify new value creation opportunities.

3. Team Leadership

  • Inspire Excellence: Foster a "way of working" rooted in an entrepreneurial spirit, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Drive Results: Demonstrate leadership behaviours that engage team members and ensure a cohesive, motivated environment.

Who You Are

You are a storyteller who speaks the language of data. You have a knack for turning abstract concepts into actionable business cases and have a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders in high-stakes environments.

Your Qualifications:

  • Expertise: Deep experience in Human Resource transformation, complex global Employer Branding programs, and end-to-end People Experience (PX) consulting.
  • Change Mastery: Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and transform them into compelling strategic insights.
  • Consultative Flair: Exceptional ability to build business cases and consultative story-lines that drive "buy-in."

Why Join Randstad?

You will be part of a global specialisation framework—spanning Operational, Professional, Digital, and Enterprise solutions—where your work directly impacts the agility and equity of the global workforce.

Our Vision: To be the most equitable Partner for Talent, providing our clients with a specialisation framework that drives real, measurable value.
