Recruitment and Selection Analyst

 

As a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, you will be responsible for discussing, preparing, and extending the internal offer process, providing guidance to the hiring team on compensation and offer compliance, and navigating differences in offer content from one profession to another and from one country to another.

 

Basic qualifications include:

  • Higher education degree or currently enrolled
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of follow-through

Job responsibilities include:

  • Act as a point of contact for the complex offer process
  • Consult with the Hiring Manager, HR, and Compensation teams on hiring decisions, compensation, and offer strategies
  • Calculate, prepare, and present offers to candidates in the Americas and internationally
  • Utilize, maintain, and record candidate recruitment activity in the ATS in accordance with legal and corporate regulations and standards
  • Provide excellent candidate and client experience
  • Respond within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
