We are currently looking for a Performance and Commercial Excellence Business Partners to help support Randstad Enterprise's global strategy!

A successful Performance and Commercial Excellence Business Partner thrives on analyzing and interpreting data to drive performance and make data-driven decisions. You will be instrumental in executing the global strategy for performance and commercial excellence within a specific market vertical or geographical region. This role is remote, and you will report to the Global Head of Performance & Commercial Excellence. 

We are currently looking for people based in the UK, Poland or Hungary

Key Responsibilities:

Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering (IFS) Framework Implementation and Monitoring:

  • Supporting the deployment and consistent adoption of the global IFS framework in your assigned region or vertical.
  • Monitoring and validating the accuracy of data collection and reporting for IFS metrics. 
  • Collaborating with regional teams to ensure effective utilization of IFS metrics for daily operations. 
  • Analyzing data and providing insights for localized improvements to the VP/SVP. 

Performance Analysis and Local Operational Intervention:

  • Analyzing performance data to identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of targeted strategies to address performance gaps. 
  • Working with local leadership to implement and track corrective actions. 

Commercial Performance Support and Compliance:

  • Conducting audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms. 
  • Assessing risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Highlighting trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts. 
  • Collaborating with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams to protect commercial performance. 

Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on performance and commercial excellence initiatives. 
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership. 

Job Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in recruitment in operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization. 
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions. Proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus. 
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance. 
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including operational, sales, finance, and technical teams. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and experience in supporting improvement initiatives. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
