Welcome to Randstad’s Global Capability Center (GCC)! We're a strategic driver for innovation and growth, supporting Randstad’s markets and businesses worldwide. You'll deliver top-tier candidate profiles that align with both our clients’ skill requirements and their company culture.
This position requires strong people and process management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our Dutch clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and continuous process improvement as we launch this new collaboration.
