This specific role is a key administrative position within our team with the main focus on Vendor Management Systems (VMS). The role is mostly remote role in Hungary with the requirement to be on site one day per month.

 

What you'll do;

  • Serve as a proficient Technology Analyst, responsible for the administration and functional management of our VMS platforms.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and configure new features such as creating new rate cards, job posting templates, or approval workflows based on spend thresholds.

  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, managing data migrations, and performing bulk uploads to the VMS.

  • Develop and deliver monthly reports, using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Pivot Tables to analyze and present data.

  • Provide training and support to new users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth data exchange with integrated systems like Finance and HR.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to solve problems and support the overall business.

 

What you will bring;

  • Experienced with IT Systems Administrator or similar role.

  • Full proficiency in at least one of the following VMS platforms: Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY, with a preference for Fieldglass or Beeline.

  • Proven Excel professional with the ability to use complex functions and perform data manipulation and reporting.

  • Proven experience in a global cross-functional team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork in a global environment.

  • Professional proficiency in English.
