We are looking for new team members to his French-speaking team handling recruitment processes for one of our biggest international clients from the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Job ad publication (mix of white and blue-collar roles for internships and apprenticeships)
• Briefing calls with client’s Hiring Managers
• Screening applications and assessing candidates
• Preparing shortlists of successful candidates and presenting them to Hiring Managers
• Collecting feedback from Manager and advising them
• Calling successful candidates and extending the offer
• Cooperating with admin team

Who we are looking for:

• Previous corporate experience (we don’t require recruitment experience - you can come from e.g. administrative or customer-facing roles)
• Fluency in French and English 
• Proactivity and ability to plan ahead - good organizational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - to represent Randstad Sourceright externally in a professional way
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-4 times a month in the Budapest office)
