Business Analyst F&I (Finance & Invoicing)

Location: Budapest

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst F&I (Finance & Invoicing) to join our implementation team and support the finance workstream. This role is project-based and will join a team of 3 (2 in Budapest, 1 in the UK), reporting directly to Dan Oliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather invoice creation and submission requirements from clients and ensure these are implemented in the VMS/ATS and back-office systems.
  • Process mapping: build workflows in line with client needs, system capabilities, and RSR back-office processes.
  • Support the implementation of client and supplier billing and payment solutions in line with solution design and RSR capabilities.
  • Compile and maintain financial requirements documentation for clients, operations, and back offices.
  • Facilitate and support discovery workshops and client meetings to gather requirements.
  • Attend weekly internal and external calls to provide updates, track progress, and resolve implementation issues.
  • Ensure alignment across other workstreams on all F&I-related topics.
  • Gather and document reporting requirements to support implementations.
  • Produce accurate reports by collecting and formatting data from a variety of sources.
  • Support Project Managers by tracking, coordinating, and delivering on assigned workstreams.
  • Advise managers and internal customers on applying existing procedures and precedents.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and ensure requirements are always up to date.

About You – Candidate Profile

Hard Skills / Experience:

  • 1–3+ years experience in a Business Analyst, Finance, or Implementation role.
  • Strong exposure to finance processes (accounts payable, invoicing, billing, reporting).
  • Familiarity with MSP or RPO services, and experience in large-scale global projects.
  • Hands-on experience with finance tools such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or other AP systems.
  • Solid understanding of vendor management systems (VMS).
  • Process mapping experience with MS Visio or Lucid.
  • Experience with documenting requirements, reporting, and facilitating discovery sessions.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Exposure to Smartsheets is an advantage.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to handle multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient, but also collaborative in a team setting.
  • Adaptable, quick learner with drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and focus.
