As a Talent Advisor, you are the trusted recruitment partner to our client’s hiring managers-  owning end-to-end requisition fulfillment and driving strategic talent acquisition outcomes. You will shape and execute recruitment strategies tailored to market conditions and client needs, while ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

This is a highly consultative role that blends recruitment expertise, client partnership, and operational precision. You will collaborate with internal sourcing and delivery teams across locations to meet SLA/KPI goals and deliver top-tier talent in a timely, proactive, and data-driven manner.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring overall sourcing strategies and plans are developed and executed in a timely fashion. Therefore, understanding of sourcing methodologies and how to execute them to effectively develop a candidate pipeline is essential.

The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, where you will manage and participate in the daily activities of the recruiting team to facilitate the recruiting cycle is vital.

This role allows you to partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues, including Randstad Sourceright’s Talent Sourcing Specialists, Talent Assessment Specialists, Recruiting Coordinators and Centers of Expertise, to develop and execute talent strategies that produce quality hires for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fully responsible and single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions. Collaborates with Manager and appropriate internal team members to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided based on requisition needs to meet client expectations
  • Conduct intake meetings to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on sourcing strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of trust, satisfaction, and repeat engagement.
  • Meets or exceeds assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitors performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being met
  • Evaluates, reprioritizes, and is responsible for the overall execution of the employment branding strategy
  • Manages the candidate pool for each requisition including internal candidates, ad response candidates and direct sourced candidates. Uses independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, professional profiles and interview notes
  • Builds a qualified candidate profile and presents slate of candidates to meet client deliverables and SLA
  • Use of influence and persuasion to sell candidate on employment opportunities, extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of offer
  • Interfaces with and develops strong relationships with client partners as a hiring consultant and provides innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions
  • Define and participate in special projects as necessary to enhance our service offering to existing and anticipated clients
  • Promotes positive relationships and strong partnerships to protect the candidate experience
  • Develops strategic relationship with RSR peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

Recruitment Execution & Strategy

 

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, ensuring timely delivery of quality hires.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams, coordinators, and Centers of Expertise to align efforts and timelines.
  • Leverage ATS and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and requisition progress.
  • Continuously refine sourcing and screening strategies based on results, feedback, and market data.

 

Candidate Management & Experience

 

  • Build qualified candidate slates using a mix of direct sourcing, referrals, and inbound strategies.
  • Evaluate candidate fit through resume screening, interviews, and profile assessments.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers in a consultative, insight-led manner.
  • Own the offer process including negotiation, extension, and preboarding- ensuring a smooth transition and high acceptance rates.
  • Champion an inclusive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.

 

Performance & Process Optimization

 

  • Meet or exceed SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets as defined in client agreements.
  • Regularly track progress through dashboards and performance reviews.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform talent strategy.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and drive proactive pipelining where applicable.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance service delivery.

 

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum three (3) years of account management, requisition management and/or a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring manager point of contact
  • Minimum five (5) years in a candidate generation role, producing candidate pipelines and having a proven track record of hiring success

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment - preferably within an RPO, MSP, or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise hiring managers, manage expectations, and influence decisions.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean, niche job boards, CRM).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable with autonomy.
