About the role:

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Expert Talent Advisor to become a key part of our international team, specifically dedicated to supporting a prestigious global pharmaceutical company in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of their office and be part of our innovative ROD (Recruiter on Demand) program, taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle within an international environment.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Strategically manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including advanced proactive sourcing and executive search.
• Conduct in-depth market mapping and strategic talent pipelining for critical future projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders across various international business units.
• Efficiently manage complex requisitions while proactively aligning with and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
• Validate and present a curated selection of top-tier, shortlisted candidates, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to design and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies for highly specialized white-collar professionals.
• Ensure strict adherence to global compliance standards and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Effectively utilize and optimize advanced applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes, leveraging market insights to attract and secure the best global talent.

What we would like you to have:

• At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience is required, demonstrating a proven track record in a senior or expert-level role. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated international environment will be considered a significant asset.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• A highly process-oriented and analytical approach with a relentless focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
• A strong desire to lead, learn, and grow within a dynamic international setting.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and strategic can-do attitude.
• Fluent English and Polish proficiency are essential, with additional language skills a plus.
• Expertise in advanced market mapping, talent pooling, and executive search methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar complex international corporate environment.
