About your new role 

Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. This role is perfect for someone who is a specialist in healthcare recruitment. Someone who loves building relationships and wants to join a team that is taking over the industry. 

You will be the first point of contact for our FIFO Aged Care candidates and clients and provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the phone building new relationships with potential clients and as well as speaking to aged care professionals. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy!

In this role you will have the opportunity to join our extensive 8 week onboarding program, have ongoing on-the-job support and clear career progression.

• Matching Talented Professionals: Enjoy your role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in FIFO aged care. Your job is all about finding the right healthcare experts for exceptional opportunities in QLD
• Building Relationships: Focus on growing the business by making connections in the industry. Connect with clients and candidates, learn about their needs, and show how you can help. 
• Helping Everyone Fit: Be a consultant who gives great advice. Talk to candidates and clients to understand what they need. Your job is to find solutions that work well for everyone and make them happy.
• Solving Challenges: Embrace tricky situations with a can-do attitude. You're not just finding people jobs; you're also handling details like rules, locations, and preferences. Your skill in finding answers will make you a go-to problem solver.

What you will need to succeed
