As a Job Concierge/Hunter you will be joining the supportive team to support one of our business partners “employees at risk of losing their jobs”. Since you will take care of the participants in the Dutch market, you will have a chance to use your Dutch language skills during your daily work. market.

Please note that you need to visit the office in Budapest minimum once a week or once in every two weeks depending on your location in Hungary.

The role:

• Manage daily interactions with 14-16 participants (outplaced employees), primarily through our Torch system.
• Collaborate closely with job coaches to understand participant needs and enhance the quality of job leads.
• Utilize Randstad's comprehensive tools to conduct extensive online research and identify 2-4 tailored job opportunities weekly for participants.
• Proactively explore relevant online job platforms and company webpages to find openings beyond standard channels, with a primary focus on the Dutch market.
• Effectively connect the right job opportunities with the right candidates “participants” in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to a team-based environment, with a focus on achieving quality, speed, and productivity KPIs related to lead generation and participant satisfaction.
• Being a part of a 3-person team based in Hungary.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment (sourcing or admin) is an asset.
• Familiarity with outplacement operations is a big plus.
• Supportive and willing to help others.
• Familiarity with the Dutch and Belgian markets is advantageous.
• Proactive and solution and result oriented approach.
• Current knowledge of modern search techniques and online sourcing.
• Creativity in online searching.
• Professional communication skills - you will deal with many external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must - you will use both languages on a daily basis.
