We're looking for a motivated Sourcing Recruiter to support one of our key clients in the insurance industry. This is a hybrid role, with just one day per week required in our Budapest office.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to deeply understand each role and the ideal candidate profile
• Drive the full sourcing process—from intake to candidate submission
• Keep the pipeline strong and organized within our applicant tracking system
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to hand-off
• Conduct thorough screening calls to assess fit and spark interest

Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience
• You're skilled at engaging and attracting passive candidates
• You’re confident managing stakeholders and building strong partnerships
• You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and deliver results
• You’re fluent in English; experience with Workday is a plus
