About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Talent Sourcing, OTS to oversee the day-to-day operations for the Amazon Account. In this position, you will lead high-volume recruitment delivery to maintain a 100% labor order fulfillment rate across recruitment cycles nationally. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct a hybrid onshore and offshore team of six

• Systems & Workflow Management: Utilise multiple tech platforms to clear candidate pipelines, track applications, and issue weekly reports.

• Compliance Oversight: Supervise candidate progression process to ensure 100% compliance prior to site deployment.

• Support Diversity & Upskilling Programs 

• Serve as a confident point of contact for Amazon stakeholders

• Resolve operational bottlenecks, optimise recruitment workflows, and drive ongoing process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• Background in high-volume recruitment, agency account management, or team leadership.

• Strong technical adaptability across enterprise CRMs/ATS platforms (Salesforce knowledge is beneficial).

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and resilience in fast-paced environments.

• A valid driver's license and vehicle are preferred for office mobility and site visits.
