Location: 100% Remote from Poland (Occasional site visits to factories in Poznań, Janaszówek, Błonie, Sochaczew, Niepołomice )

Languages Required: Polish(C1), English (C1), and French (C1/C2 mandatory)

About the Role:

The Talent Advisor is an essential strategic role at Randstad Sourceright (RSR). As a key partner embedded within our client account at Mars, you will bring market insights and data-driven talent strategies to solve complex hiring needs across dynamic markets.

In this role, you will independently manage end-to-end recruitment across Poland, with secondary advisory support for the UK and France markets. You will oversee active requisitions, focusing primarily on high-volume manufacturing and supply roles (plant operators, technicians, maintenance specialists) alongside key corporate and sales positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to Mars hiring managers and business leaders. Conduct intake calls, set talent expectations, and drive recruitment strategy to meet strict SLA targets .
Full-Lifecycle RPO Recruitment: Lead direct sourcing and end-to-end selection for supply chain, technical, manufacturing, sales, and health & safety vacancies.
International Market Support: Leverage your fluent French, Polish, and English to seamlessly partner with regional hiring managers across Poland, France, and the UK.
Market Insights & Process Advisory: Analyze hiring data and market trends to deliver strategic talent recommendations, optimize recruitment workflows, and enhance client satisfaction.
Employer Branding & Innovation: Utilize modern sourcing tooling and RPO best practices to strengthen the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of recruitment or talent advisory experience within an RPO, MSP, or global corporate environment.
Industry Focus: Proven track record in recruiting for sales, manufacturing, technical maintenance, operations, or supply chain roles is strongly preferred.
Language Proficiency: C1 / Near-Native French, paired with fluent Polish and English, to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Independent Execution: Strong operational discipline, confidence in pushing back on hiring managers constructively, and the ability to manage workloads without constant intervention.
RPO/MSP Expertise: Solid understanding of RPO processes, recruitment metrics/SLAs, and modern sourcing tools.
