Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a
Senior Contract & Procurement Operations Specialist
(Randstad Global Capability Center - Budapest)
how you will contribute
- Randstad Group Procurement has officially moved to a global Center of Excellence (CoE). Operating within the newly established Services & Contract Operations pillar, you will serve as a specialized expert in contract management, bridging strategic planning with day-to-day operations to ensure all supplier agreements are compliant, optimized for business performance, and aligned with organizational goals.
- In your role, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of contracts across all procurement categories, with a primary focus on international suppliers. You will navigate the end-to-end lifecycle of agreements—consistently balancing costs, value, and risk—while acting as a trusted operational and strategic advisor to internal business stakeholders. By applying your subject matter expertise, proactive risk mitigation, and strong communication skills, you will ensure strict contract compliance, enhance data accuracy, and strengthen global supplier partnerships across Randstad.

- Elevating performance & renewal strategies: Designing and tracking comprehensive KPI frameworks, establishing clear targets and accountability structures to enhance supplier delivery and overall business performance.
- Proactive risk mitigation & compliance: Identifying and mitigating legal, financial, and operational vulnerabilities in contracts, while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory mandates (e.g., security and privacy laws).
your responsibilities include
- Strategic cross-functional synergy: Partnering closely with global procurement category leads, tactical sourcing, Legal, Security, Finance, and local market Executive Leadership Teams to streamline invoicing, audit facilitation, and procurement workflows.
- Driving Data integrity & continuous improvement: Actively pursuing opportunities to refine contract performance, validating data accuracy, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize operational workflows.
- Strategic advisory & decision support: Translating operational data and contract insights into relevant management information to assist stakeholders, identify business risks and opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making.
your background
- Professional certification in Contract Management from a recognized global or regional body is highly preferred (e.g., WorldCC CCME, NCMA CPCM, or CATS CM).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained through education and/or experience in Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or procurement, with exposure to responsible sourcing environments and indirect procurement processes.
- Exceptional commercial & negotiation acumen: Skilled in leading negotiations, drafting complex documents using precise legal/financial terminology, and securing maximum value for Randstad.
- Proactive risk & regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of security and privacy legislation, policy compliance, and risk identification to prevent exposure in contracts.
