We are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) - Early Careers for a full-time, permanent internal position starting immediately, offering a long-term perspective.

Your Future Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Managing the recruiting process, from the initial briefing with the hiring manager and job posting, to selecting Early Careers talents (e.g., PhDs, VIEs, working students, and interns).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating trustfully with a wide variety of interfaces, including hiring departments and HR Services.
- Trusted Advisor: Serving as the central point of contact and strategic partner for all recruitment-related questions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality, timely staffing and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Projects: Actively participating in various continuous improvement and recruitment projects.
Your Profile:
- Background: We love diversity and look forward to getting to know you—regardless of whether you have a university degree or vocational training.
- Experience: You bring at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on early careers or volume recruiting.
- Interpersonal Skills: You know how to connect with people and build strong relationships—your stakeholders value your collaboration and reliable professional demeanor.
- Meticulous: You show great attention to details and bring in good organizational skills
- Mindset: You act proactively rather than reactively. Even in dynamic, high-volume phases, you maintain a clear overview and your high quality standards, confidently driving processes forward.
- Languages: Excellent German and good English skills will help you thrive in our international organization.
