Account Manager (RPO)

 

Location: USA Remote

As a dedicated Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our client within the RPO program.

 

your responsibilities include

 

  • Field Force Management: Managing the field force, handling daily approvals, and coordinating new hire training using Randstad tools and Plan Day.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong connections with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Program Growth: Promoting the growth of the program through strategic partnership maintenance.
  • Account Oversight: Serving as the dedicated liaison to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

 

your background

 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience within the staffing industry.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite & Google Sheets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • High sense of urgency with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

  • Compensation: Base salary range of $72,000 to $84,000. Total compensation may include a variable pay plan (bonus) based on eligibility.
