Key Facts
Location: Global HQ. Diemen, Netherlands (hybrid 2-5 days a week)
Experience Required: 2–5 years direct M&A experience (Investment Banking, M&A Boutique, Big4, or Corporate M&A)
Core Responsibilities: Financial modeling (DCF, merger models), due diligence coordination, investment memos
Reporting To: Managing Director, Global Head of Corporate Development and M&A

As an Associate in the Corporate Development & M&A team, you will drive end-to-end transaction execution across global buy-side, sell-side, joint ventures, and divestments.
