Are you a transformation specialist with a passion for Early Careers? Do you thrive in matrixed environments, turning high-level strategy into operational reality?

We are looking for an Early Careers Strategic Projects Lead to join the Randstad Enterprise Solutions global Center of Excellence (CoE). You will be the execution engine for a major transformation portfolio for one of our flagship global enterprise accounts, covering 31 countries and nearly 1,800 hires.

The Mission:

You won’t just be managing projects; you will be the driving force behind a global talent transformation. Your work will bridge the gap between our client’s strategic vision and the operational excellence required to deliver it. You will lead the charge on process engineering, technology optimization, and the design of market-leading Early-ID programs.

Why This Role Matters:

  • Architect Change: Lead the end-to-end transformation of recruitment workflows, technology optimization (Avature & Workday), and assessment methodologies.
  • Drive PMO Governance: Establish the global standard for project methodology, accountability, and reporting across a complex, multi-regional delivery team.
  • Innovate Early-ID: Partner on the build-out of multi-year Early-ID insight programs and campus attraction frameworks that redefine the candidate experience.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: From eliminating "off-system" hiring loops to streamlining global candidate funnels, you’ll bring clarity and structure to complex, ambiguous initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • A Strategic Pro: You bring 5+ years of Early Careers expertise (campus operations, Early-ID, talent attraction) combined with 2+ years of dedicated project management or TA transformation experience.
  • A Matrix Influencer: You have the executive presence to partner with high-level stakeholders, respecting governance boundaries while delivering rapid, impactful results.
  • Tech-Fluent: You understand how to leverage recruitment tech (CRM/ATS) to create seamless, automated, and human-centric candidate journeys.
  • An Independent Operator: You thrive in "the grey," self-starting and managing your own work within a distributed, remote-first global team.

The Environment:

  • Impact: You’ll be a key operational interface for a flagship global client, shaping the future state of their entire Early Careers function.
  • Flexibility: This is a UK-based, remote/hybrid role within a supportive, forward-thinking Center of Excellence.
  • Growth: An opportunity to influence global PMO standards and build a legacy of operational excellence.

What is in it for you?

  • Enjoy total peace of mind with a secure, full-time contract offering a high base salary, performance bonus, and a benefit package (including medical insurance, a sports card, and more)
  • Join an empathetic, supportive leadership team that genuinely prioritizes your well-being, mental health, and work-life balance.
  • Clear internal career pathways, international mobility opportunities, and a fully flexible working environment.
  • Be part of a genuinely inclusive global culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

If you are ready to elevate your recruitment career from transactional to truly advisory, we would love to meet you. Apply today!

We are an inclusive employer. Should you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know.
