Why This Role is Different

Are you an experienced recruiter who loves the advisory and strategic side of talent acquisition but feels bogged down by endless sourcing?

In this role, you won't be starting from scratch or flying solo. You will be a part of a highly collaborative recruitment team dedicated to one of the world’s foremost pioneers in high-tech laser systems, industrial manufacturing, and smart factory technologies.

Even better? You will collaborate closely with a dedicated sourcing team, freeing you up to focus on stakeholder management, candidate experience, and high-level matchmaking for cutting-edge engineering, digital, and commercial positions.

What You Will Do

As a Talent Advisor, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for critical, high-level specialist, engineering, and leadership roles across Germany and the wider EMEA region.

  • Act as a Trusted Partner: Collaborate directly with the Hiring Community and the HR Business Partner in the high-tech industrial space, advising them on market trends, specialized talent availability, and tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Lead the Process: You manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process for various job profiles across all functional areas - from gathering requirements with hiring departments and selecting suitable channels and sourcing strategies to conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and finalizing hires.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our internal sourcing experts to review talent pipelines and fine-tune search strategies for technical, expert and leadership profiles.
  • Deliver Insights: Use data, recruitment technology, and market intelligence to solve complex business needs and elevate recruitment from a transactional function to a strategic advantage.

What We Are Looking For

  • The Recruiter’s Toolkit: Solid experience in talent acquisition, specifically managing corporate, high-level white-collar, or specialized technical, engineering, and commercial roles within matrixed corporate environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential, as you will navigate both local German leadership and an international corporate framework.
  • Stakeholder Gravitas: The confidence, business acumen, and consultative skills to challenge, advise, and guide professional, industrial and tech business leaders.
  • Autonomy & Proactivity: You thrive in a flexible environment where you are trusted to own your portfolio and solve problems creatively.

What Is in It for You?

  • A Set-Up for Success: A recruitment environment where you have access to a dedicated sourcing team to support your pipelines so you can focus on candidate and client engagement.
  • Cutting-Edge Sector Exposure: Work with a globally respected brand that shapes the future of industrial automation, microelectronics, and sustainable smart factory tech.
  • People-First Culture: Join an empathetic, supportive leadership team that genuinely prioritizes your well-being, mental health, and work-life balance.
  • Uncapped Growth: Clear internal career pathways, international mobility opportunities, and a fully flexible working environment.
  • Belonging: Be part of a genuinely inclusive global culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
