What You Will Do

As the Operations Manager, you will take operational ownership of the recruitment delivery ecosystem, driving service excellence, candidate experience, and strategic alignment for our client account across EMEA.

• Lead & Empower the Team: Direct line-manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Talent Advisors and Sourcers, fostering an empathetic, high-performance culture focused on development and well-being.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage recruitment workflows, SLA/KPI compliance, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure seamless delivery across all open requisitions.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary escalation point and strategic account partner for teamleads up to senior client leaders, providing data-driven hiring insights, workforce forecasting, and operational reporting.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously evaluate recruitment processes, tech stack usage, and sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity hiring, and market competitiveness.
• Vendor & Budget Governance: Oversee operational budgets, ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, and streamline delivery frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

• Operational Leadership: Proven track record in an Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or Account Lead role within RPO, MSP, or large-scale corporate talent acquisition environments.
• Domain & Matrix Expertise: Experience supporting clients or business units in high-tech, industrial manufacturing, engineering, or complex matrix organizations.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required to effectively govern operations across Germany and broader European hubs.
• Data-Driven & Strategic: Strong analytical capability - able to turn recruitment metrics and market data into actionable delivery strategies and executive presentations.
• People-First Leadership: A collaborative, empathetic management style that balances high operational standards with team advocacy and psychological safety.
