Data Security Project & Change Management Analyst

Summary: Randstad is seeking a Data Security Project & Change Management Analyst to lead the global rollout of our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology ecosystem. Operating across key platforms—including Zscaler, Google Workspace, and Securiti.ai—this role drives project execution, organizational change, and cross-platform communication to ensure successful global adoption.

Location: 

Hyderabad, India (hybrid) / Lisbon, Portugal (Remote, Hybrid)

Working Schedule: Full availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours (e.g., 09:00 – 17:00 CET). 

Role Details & Direct Answers 

What You Will Achieve

• Drive Global Deployments: Lead the full project lifecycle for global DLP platform rollouts (Zscaler, Google Workspace, Securiti.ai), ensuring on-time delivery aligned with CISO priorities.
• Lead Organizational Change: Partner with the CISO Office Communications team to design and execute change management plans that articulate the strategic "why" behind new controls.
• Enable Global Markets: Serve as the primary engagement partner for regional business units, actively resolving local roadblocks and providing tailored deployment support.
• Ensure Operational Handover: Standardize operating procedures and governance frameworks to smoothly transition completed implementations to operational support teams.

Key Metrics You'll Own

• Project Delivery & Health: Milestone completion rate and on-time execution of CISO roadmap initiatives.
• Stakeholder Transparency: Preparing executive-level reporting on project health, risks, and resource utilization for the Global CIO and CISO Office.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Timely identification, documentation, and mitigation of cross-functional project risks.
• User Adoption & Compliance: Oversight of training resource distribution to empower local IT teams and end-users.

What You Need to Succeed

• Project & Change Expertise: 3–5+ years of experience leading complex, global projects with a heavy focus on project governance and organizational change management.
• Data Security Acumen: A solid conceptual understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), cloud security, and data protection principles. Proficiency or readiness to master Zscaler, Google Workspace, and Securiti.ai is highly valued.
• Executive Communication: Proven track record of influencing stakeholders without direct authority and preparing clear reports for executive leadership.
• Proactive Execution: A self-starter mindset with strong skills in process documentation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional follow-up.
