Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a MSP Sr. Program Manager for a global managed services program with a prestigious client!

Location: Remote (Supporting client in Bay Area / San Francisco, CA with travel to San Mateo area; PST hours required)

how you will contribute

In this role, you will focus on account development and identifying opportunities to drive new strategic initiatives and workforce solutions into our program. This position includes both strategic and tactical components in a high-impact, hands-on, fast-paced environment where you will drive both long-term strategy and day-to-day operational excellence across key program areas.

your typical day includes

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and driving timely resolution through proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Overseeing operational excellence initiatives, including workflow approvals, process optimization, and compliance management.
  • Managing and mentoring direct reports (PMO staff) and leveraging influence across shared services and third-party supplier teams.
  • Analyzing program data and market intelligence to prepare actionable insights and status updates for executive sponsors and hiring managers.
  • Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating continuous training for the account team.

your responsibilities include

Account Management

  • Lead strategic account development by serving as a consultative business partner to executive sponsors and hiring managers, translating complex staffing needs into innovative workforce solutions and driving program growth.
  • Govern the entire MSP talent ecosystem, including leading and developing the account PMO team, managing third-party supplier relationships, and ensuring high-quality fulfillment of Professional and Technical positions.
  • Provide direct and indirect leadership across the MSP program, managing direct reports and leveraging influence across functional support teams.
  • Curate and maintain a high-performing supplier network, evaluating and expanding partner capabilities to guarantee optimal talent coverage and fulfillment rates across all labor categories.
  • Drive and own the program's P&L performance, including managing budgeting, detailed forecasting to ensure profitability, optimizing resource allocation, and guiding investment decisions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Program sponsor and key stakeholders by providing regular status updates, escalating critical risks early, and presenting recommended solutions.
  • Present business reviews, workforce strategies, and data-driven insights to executive leadership and key client groups.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the end-to-end MSP program to guarantee contractual compliance, optimize cost controls (P&L), and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and global compliance standards, including labor laws and co-employment regulations.
  • Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to drive strategic decisions and improve program performance.

your background

  • 4+ years of previous MSP experience as a Program Manager or in a program leadership role.
  • Strong Contingent Labor Management program management foundation with a focus on Global CW management (knowledge of global regulations highly desired).
  • Proven experience managing and expanding Statement of Work (SOW) within an MSP environment.
  • Demonstrated prior team management experience with a track record of directing, mentoring, and developing account teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Competitive Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
