The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the operational cornerstone of our client partnership, managing an end-to-end recruitment delivery team and ensuring the highest standards of service. As a trusted strategic partner, you will act as the first point of contact and primary escalation point, translating complex client needs into actionable talent strategies.
You’ll be leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions, from direct sourcing and recruitment campaigns to robust supplier management. This position is based on a hybrid model, offering the perfect blend of remote flexibility and collaborative on-site teamwork.

What you will do:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor an emerging talent (talent engagement team), managing performance, capability development, and resource allocation.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary operational contact and escalation lead for the client, managing expectations and advising on recruitment policies.
- Operational & SLA Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure all agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Strategic Planning: Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), evaluating service delivery, identifying hiring forecasts, and aligning resourcing strategies.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Track operational budgets, manage onsite spend, and report on performance metrics through monthly Management Information (MI).
- Continuous Innovation: Drive the sharing of best practices, introduce innovative ideas to improve process efficiency, and identify opportunities to upsell new service solutions.
- Tech & Compliance: Ensure the team effectively utilizes recruitment technologies (including enterprise systems like Workday) while maintaining strict process compliance.
What we would like you to have:
- Experience: Proven recruitment management experience in a multinational organization, working as a Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, or Recruitment Manager in a client-facing role.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferred solid experience in Account Management or Team Management, preferably within RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
- People Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, direct, and motivate resources to achieve high-quality results under tight timeframes.
- Vendor Management: Strong capability in managing third-party recruitment agencies, stakeholders, and vendor performance.
- Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience using ATS/CRM recruitment platforms.
- Key Competencies: Excellent commercial acumen, a quality-oriented mindset, strong conceptual thinking, and a proactive drive for results.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trust with senior-level corporate stakeholders.
