Are you ready to impact the talent strategy for the company that powers the world’s digital and AI evolution?

As an Expert Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright, you won’t just fill jobs; you will be part of a passionate and leading global recruitment company and contribute to shaping the future of our partner, a leading Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer. If you thrive in a dynamic, 360-degree recruitment ecosystem where you own everything from high-impact sourcing to stakeholder management, this role is for you.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be the face of this Dutch tech company's culture and values in the market, delivering a premium experience to candidates and hiring managers alike. As a trusted strategic talent advisor, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the manufacturing teams.

You’ll be joining a brand new, high performing team, dedicated to strategically attracting exceptional top-tier global talent for our partner.

About the Partners

  • About the partner: They are a technology pioneer and the primary supplier of the advanced lithography systems used by global tech giants in the mass production of microchips. By pushing the boundaries of physics and chemistry, they power devices that drive the digital age and AI forward.
  • About Randstad Sourceright: As a global talent leader, Randstad Sourceright delivers the solutions and expertise that help companies position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility. Our expertise spans all facets of permanent talent acquisition and contingent workforce management through cutting-edge RPO, MSP, and Blended Workforce Solutions.
  • Due to the highly technical nature of this portfolio, experience recruiting within the semiconductor industry or a closely related high-tech sector is preferred. This position is based in the south of the Netherlands on a hybrid model, working alongside a dynamic team with a requirement of two days on-site.

What you will do:

  • Key partner for the stakeholder management and engagement
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Effectively managing requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Develop, maintain and leverage talent pipelines for key manufacturing roles
  • Conducting in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers and interviews with candidates
  • Work in partnership with sourcing and administration teams to ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
  • Effectively managing and utilizing the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other recruitment technologies (e.g. Beamery as CRM, Paradox for interview scheduling)
  • Improving recruitment and selection processes and help the continuous innovation to attract the best talent.

What we would like you to have:

  • Fluent in English. Additional fluency in Dutch is desirable but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting in the Netherlands.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates from an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) background.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Process-oriented and detail-driven with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and curious with a resilient "can-do" attitude and a continuous desire to learn.

What can you expect in return?

  • Extensive on-the-job training
  • Attractive base salary with an annual bonus plan and benefits package
  • Hybrid work model based in the Netherlands
  • An inspiring working environment in which you, together with your Randstad Sourceright team and colleagues, will make a difference for our partner.
  • Opportunity to work with a world-class recruitment business with leading technology, tools and innovation which allow our teams to focus on the human side of recruitment and provide a first-class experience to our candidates.
