About the Role:

In this role, you will help design and deliver impactful employer brand strategies, working at the intersection of creativity, data, and business strategy to help our clients stand out in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy Implementation: Support Client Partners in developing and executing employer brand and talent marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborative Delivery: Partner with digital, creative and research teams to deliver high-quality proposals and campaigns.
• Data & Innovation: Use market insights and AI-powered tools to optimize candidate journeys, track campaign KPIs, and provide actionable reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging for our client accounts.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related strategic research role.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly to stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable interpreting data to drive recommendations and are eager to leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
• Collaboration: A proactive team player who excels in virtual, global environments and works effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
