Are you an experienced recruiter who loves the advisory and strategic side of talent acquisition but feels bogged down by endless sourcing?
In this role, you won't be starting from scratch or flying solo. You will join an established, highly collaborative nearshore team in Budapest, dedicated to supporting one of Europe’s leading, innovation-driven ICT and telecommunications pioneers. Even better? You will have the full backing of a dedicated sourcing team already in place, freeing you up to focus on strategic stakeholder management, candidate experience, and high-level matchmaking for the digital future.
As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for critical, high-level white-collar and specialist IT/tech positions across Switzerland, Germany, and the wider EMEA region.
Act as a Trusted Partner: Collaborate directly with senior tech leaders and agile business stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
Lead the Process: Oversee the full candidate journey, ensuring a high-touch, premium experience for senior professionals exploring new career steps in the tech ecosystem.
Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our internal sourcing experts to review talent pipelines and fine-tune search strategies.
Deliver Insights: Use data, next-gen recruitment technology, and market intelligence to tailor the best hiring solutions for complex digital business needs.
The Recruiter’s Toolkit: Solid experience in talent acquisition, specifically managing corporate, high-level white-collar, IT, or specialized tech/telecom roles.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential, as you will daily navigate Swiss/German leadership teams and a modern corporate matrix.
Stakeholder Gravitas: The confidence and consultative skills to challenge, advise, and guide senior business and technical leaders.
