We are currently looking for an Internal Talent Mobility & Recruitment Specialist  to support our client—a prestigious financial services company specializing in the settlement of securities transactions.

The Role

In this Internal Talent Mobility & Recruitment Specialist  role, you will be the primary driver of our internal mobility strategy, ensuring that current employees are seamlessly identified and placed into key technical roles to foster career growth. You will complement these efforts by executing targeted external recruitment campaigns for specialized IT and technical positions. You will be a guide and advisor to the Client’s hiring community, balancing pragmatic operational delivery with proactive talent identification.

Location: Brussels (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in-office).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end internal mobility process, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers to ensure internal talent is effectively leveraged.
• Manage targeted external recruitment for technical and IT roles, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Design and execute bespoke sourcing strategies for technical and IT professionals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a first-class experience for both internal applicants and external candidates.
• Manage requisitions via ATS while ensuring full compliance and continuous improvement of selection processes.

What You Need to Bring

• Proven track record of recruiting for IT or technical positions.
• Experience facilitating internal mobility processes combined with a solid foundation in external recruitment.
• Background in Financial Services, Banking, or IT is highly preferred.
• Exceptional presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• A pragmatic mindset—capable of high-level sourcing strategy but willing to be "hands-on" with operational recruiting.
• Ability to navigate complex corporate environments with a "can-do" attitude.
• Fluency in English is essential.
