In this role, you will manage a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program Team and own the day-to-day responsibility for service delivery to an assigned account or portfolio of accounts. How you will contribute / Your responsibilities

Account Management of operations between client and suppliers.
Provide innovative solutions to solve client needs.
Revenue responsibility by achieving results as defined in the annual account budget.
Implement strategies to achieve contracted service-level metrics.
Coach, motivate, and direct the team to achieve desired results.

Your background & key capabilities

5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
3+ years managing people in an account management capacity.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
Experience presenting performance and strategic data to C-level executives.
Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Base Salary Range: $72,675.00 - $103,500.00 / year

Pay offered will be based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Successful candidates are also eligible for a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s) based on annual account performance.
