Service Design Center of Excellence

The goal of the Service Design Center of Excellence is to ensure consistency and market differentiation of our service designs, value propositions, client bids and storytelling across all Randstad Enterprise concepts, establishing our position as the partner for talent. The goal of the CoE is to establish clarity around our core concepts RPO, MSP, coaching, career transition/outplacement by creating a global service architecture blueprint that defines “what good looks like” across people, processes and technology. The end result will break down silos, create scalability, drive value and further cement ourselves as a critical business partner to our customers.

To truly embed our service design efforts from creative concept execution to go-to-market strategy and exceptional delivery, the Service Design Center of Excellence has a dual reporting line to the Growth Office and the Enterprise Operations Leadership Team.

There are four key functions sitting within the Service Design Center of Excellence:

  1. Service Design: Create and develop innovative, scalable, service design frameworks that align with customer needs and market trends and can be efficiently operationalized across our global delivery teams.

  2. Go-to-Market Approach: Create a compelling and unique narrative for each service design and ensure cohesive external storytelling across our entire portfolio – positioning Randstad Enterprise as an indispensable solutions provider across all our services and the leading partner for talent across the end-to-end talent lifecycle. This enables the execution of creative and differentiated value propositions and go-to-market approaches in partnership with the Enterprise B2B marketing team and with the ongoing critical input and feedback of our customer success team.
  3. Bid Excellence: Our sales positioning must align with how we articulate our overarching enterprise partner for talent value proposition and individual service designs across RPO, MSP (including Services Procurement), coaching and career transition/ outplacement. Our bid specialists ensure this consistency from go-to-market value propositions to client bid engagement.

  4. Services Procurement: Ensure our customers receive the best value from third-party service providers by optimizing the Randstad Enterprise Services Procurement 360 (SP360) design framework and its core components, the maturity diagnostic, technology/process blueprints and sales/business enablement.
