Talent Attraction Specialist (German & English Speaking)
Location: Budapest, 13th District (1 office day per week / Hybrid)

Never worked in recruitment before? No problem. We don’t require previous sourcing or recruiting experience. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to teach you everything you need to know about the HR and recruitment industry. What we do need is your communication superpower: mandatory fluency in both German and English and a natural ability to connect with people!
your typical day includes
Talent Scouting: Learning how to dive into LinkedIn and our internal databases to find high-potential candidates across Europe (we will train you on all the tools!).
Candidate Engagement: Reaching out to professionals, building instant rapport, and conducting initial screening chats over the phone or via video.
Strategic Alignment: Connecting with internal recruitment partners to understand specific regional needs, role requirements, and cultural nuances.
Market Intelligence: Discovering how to map the talent landscape to stay ahead of hiring trends.
Process Management: Updating our trackers and ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience from first contact.
your responsibilities include
Proactively reaching out to build and manage strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in Germany.
Engaging with candidates in fluent German and English to validate their career expectations and ensure alignment with our roles.
Delivering quality candidate profiles to our recruitment teams that match both the skill requirements and company culture.
Maintaining accurate data in our sourcing trackers to provide visibility on your progress and success.
Upholding service excellence by creating a fantastic first impression as a brand ambassador for Randstad.
your background
Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English is mandatory (you will be speaking and writing in both languages daily).
Experience: No previous sourcing or recruitment experience is needed! We teach you the recruitment trade from the ground up.
Transferable Skills: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or support is highly beneficial. If you know how to handle clients, communicate effectively on the phone, and solve problems, you already have the foundation to succeed here!
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with computers, navigating online platforms, and eager to learn new software (like LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday) quickly.
Education: A degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage, but the right mindset and language capabilities matter most.
