Senior Talent Advisor

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a high-impact Senior Talent Advisor to join one of our new accounts. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment of director-level talent primarily across the UK market, with significant future scope to scale your impact across EMEA. This is not a volume recruitment role; it requires a sophisticated, strategic mindset to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will be instrumental in navigating a dynamic organisational transition, requiring both resilience and the autonomy to structure your own workflow while consistently delivering top-tier executive talent.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Executive Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior directors, balancing both proactive sourcing and sophisticated talent acquisition.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing expectations and providing strategic insights throughout the hiring process.
• Operational Autonomy: Demonstrate high levels of resilience and independence while navigating a complex, evolving organizational environment.
• Market Expertise: Pivoting between high-level demand planning and granular technical searches, challenging hiring managers with market realities, and navigating the nuances of different international markets.
