An exciting opportunity has become available for an Associate Talent Advisor. Based in Rzeszów, this role works closely with the TA manager and key business stakeholders as part of the Randstad Sourceright working for one of our clients from the aviation and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing talent advisory to support your stakeholders and business leaders
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current role requirements
• Handling active candidate both external and internal as well as willingness to learn sourcing 
• Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
• Compliantly work within Workday to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real time.
• Share market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demand as needed

About You

• Preferred recruitment experience but not a must have
• In house or RPO experience a plus, or an agency background or HR or admin or logistics experience
• Preferred experience hiring within manufacturing/engineering/supply chain
• Willingness to hire both white and blue collars
• Highly organised and manages time effectively
• Open for working in hybrid mode (4 days onsite in Rzeszów)
• Good communication skills
• English B2 and Polish fluent is a must
