Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a Talent Specialist - Screener.

how you will contribute

As a Talent Specialist - Screener, you will be responsible for proactively reviewing candidates to determine if they meet core requirements and job experience. You will lean on a strong service mindset, process-driven mentality, and superior communication skills to create a positive initial experience for talent, ensuring the right people are funneled into the right opportunities.

your responsibilities include:

  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Engagement: Actively participate in alignment activities to support the hiring process.
  • Screening & Pre-Qualification: Conduct thorough candidate reviews, screening, pre-qualification, and subsequent candidate presentation.
  • Candidate Journey Leadership: Guide and support applicants through the crucial initial stages of the application process.
  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain recruitment process compliance and ensure accurate system administration within our platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and collaborate on special projects to enhance overall delivery.

your background

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a solid understanding of MS Office/Google products.

meaningful, competitive, and equitable rewards for your performance

This position is an RPO contractor position that pays hourly. The annual base salary range equivalent is $38,010 - $51,450. Non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
