  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to author tailored content, ensuring strict adherence to either client specifications or premium Randstad branding.
  • Develop strategic responses that directly address client pain points and drive stakeholder engagement through insight-led storytelling.
  • Integrate labor market insights and stakeholder mapping into proposal architecture to enhance personalization and perceived value.
  • Use the bid platform to produce tailored content and support the ongoing upkeep of the content library after each deliverable.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders to validate the professionalism of content.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to pursuit teams, leveraging industry expertise to mitigate commercial risks and identify unrealistic submission requirements.
  • Participate in team virtual meetings, checkpoints, and internal cross-functional calls.
  • Support client engagement sessions (typically pre-engagement, but may include workshops and pitches).
  • Contribute to ongoing curation of knowledge base.
  • Incorporate the use of AI to increase efficiencies and enhance bid quality.
  • Support the completion of commercial and pricing requests related to client opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with Randstad concepts and labor market developments.

  • External Stakeholders: 3rd party providers, such as HR tech/innovation or service partners in other countries.

Your background, education & experience

  • Education & Qualifications: A University/Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional and intellectual level.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated success with a minimum of 5 years in high-stakes commercial bid environments. Proven expertise operating within virtual, cross-border editorial teams while maintaining rigorous standards for data confidentiality and intellectual property security.
  • Additional experience details: A basic understanding of the benefits of talent models and how people, processes, and technology interact. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong written English grammar, spelling, and vocabulary, and the ability to summarize and simplify content.

Salary:  110,400 to 165,000 Annual Base
