RPO Recruiter (RPO Contractor)

how you will contribute

As a Sales Recruiter, you will act as a partner to our client’s Hiring Managers, performing various aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for requisition fulfillment for various openings, including high-volume and/or niche positions, while executing candidate care strategies that facilitate a positive candidate experience. Working in a fast-paced, changing environment, you will manage your daily activity, produce quality results, and partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues to execute recruitment strategies that produce quality hires.

your typical day includes

  • Performing intake calls with Hiring Managers on assigned requisitions.
  • Managing the candidate pool for each requisition, including internal candidates, ad response candidates, and direct-sourced candidates.
  • Reviewing company communications, adhering to corporate policies/guidelines, and participating in regularly scheduled company and team meetings.
  • Determining work behaviors and executing all actions necessary to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

your responsibilities include

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitoring performance scorecards to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Ensuring that requisition activity is properly documented (including candidate disposition) to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.
  • Providing data as requested by the Manager of Talent Delivery and/or Director of Client Delivery to fulfill specific client reporting requirements.
  • Defining and participating in special projects as necessary to enhance our service offering to existing and anticipated clients.

your background

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3+ years of sales recruiting experience (agency recruiting experience preferred).
  • Specialization: 1+ years of experience recruiting high-level sales and business development roles.
  • Full-Cycle: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • Relationship Management: Minimum of 1 year of relationship management experience working directly with hiring managers.

  • Demonstrated success generating candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to use independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, professional profiles, and interview notes.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to develop targeted recruiting and sourcing plans to increase candidate pipelines.

  • Client Partners & Hiring Managers: Interfacing with and developing strong relationships to build qualified candidate profiles and determine the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables.
  • Internal Delivery Teams: Partnering with the Manager of Talent Delivery, Director of Client Delivery, and multi-location/global colleagues.

Base Salary: $62,400 - $81,120 (Hourly RPO contractor position).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
