As a Global Project Manager within our Global Transformation Office, you will be the driving force behind large-scale, strategic initiatives. You aren't just checking boxes; you are a recognized subject matter expert working at a strategic level to oversee and advise on complex global issues. You will operate with high autonomy, navigating senior-level stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to deliver projects that shape the future of our business.
Strategic Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, applying advanced methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2) to ensure all components are coordinated and strategic objectives are met.
Global Leadership: Lead and motivate virtual, globally dispersed teams. You’ll be the master of time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse regions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for clients and senior leadership. You will influence, steer, and align stakeholders to ensure project buy-in and success.
Risk & Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. You will analyze team output and develop action plans to optimize performance and overcome obstacles.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage project budgets, evaluate ROI, and set clear internal performance metrics. You will create compelling business cases that align with Randstad’s long-term goals.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and cross-training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Proven Track Record: Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale projects in a results-driven environment.
Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to liaise with Executive Leadership (ELT) and Global Leadership (GLT).
Education: Business-related postgraduate qualification or equivalent high-level business experience.
Certifications: PMP, Prince II, Agile Practitioner, or Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
Methodologies: Deep knowledge of LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) and G Suite, Monday.com
Industry Insight: Familiarity with RPO/MSP trends and recruitment systems (ATS, VMS, CRM).
Agility: You anticipate change and view situations from multiple perspectives to mitigate risk.
Intellectual Strength: You identify patterns and conceptualize strategic directions from complex data.
Excellent Execution: You are firm and courageous in leading execution, ensuring results through robust monitoring.
Flexibility: This is a global role requiring travel (both regional and international).
Independence: You are an excellent team player who is equally comfortable working alone under pressure.
