Director of Supplier Strategy – NAM (Remote)

How You Will Contribute

As the Director of Supplier Strategy Management, you will be at the helm of supply chain management activity across Randstad Enterprise’s North American (NAM) client portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will champion the relationship management of our NAM suppliers and specific operating companies.

You will lead, inspire, and line-manage an experienced, remote-based team of five Managers and Senior Managers. Your team acts as the critical bridge, cultivating third-party supplier relationships that feed top-tier talent into our managed services programmes (MSP) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) programmes. Partnering with the Global Supplier Strategy Management (SSM) Leadership Team, key business executives, clients, and suppliers, you will define organizational objectives and design the team strategies, policies, and continuous improvement programs to achieve them.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Team Leadership & Development: Line-manage Senior Managers and Managers, ensuring they have clear career objectives, aligned performance metrics, and opportunities to take on broader leadership responsibilities within this Global function.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Guarantee that our global clients receive top-tier Supply Chain services in strict alignment with their contracted service packages.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Deploy agreed-upon SRM strategies and robust governance structures to extract maximum value, quality, and performance from our suppliers.
• Data as a Service (DaaS): Utilize Randstad Sourceright’s massive global supplier spend to generate powerful data insights. You will deliver these insights to stakeholders and clients to guide business strategy, solve client problems, drive supplier value, and create commercial benefits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Randstad Enterprise leaders across Sales, Solution Design, Services Procurement, and Operations to maintain perfect alignment on preferred suppliers and supply chain delivery.
• Sales & Account Support: Support ongoing sales processes by articulating our Supply Chain value proposition to prospective clients while maintaining ultimate accountability for ongoing delivery to existing clients.

• Competitive salary - In US base salary range is $145,000-$168,000
