The role

Based in Hendra on Brisbane's north side, this 360 Recruitment Consultant position offers the chance to join a focused Industrial team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of blue-collar roles, including forklift drivers, pick-packers, and machine operators. The day-to-day involves a balanced mix of candidate management and proactive business development, focusing on building long-term partnerships with small-to-medium enterprises in the local area.

We are looking for an individual with a strong sales DNA and a background in customer service or relationship-driven industries. This is a fast-paced environment that requires high energy and the ability to maintain a consistent sales pipeline while managing high-volume placements. Success in this role comes down to your ability to communicate effectively and navigate the unique challenges of the industrial sector with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

• A minimum of 2 years of Sales / agency recruitment experience
• You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
• As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
• You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
• We’re looking for someone who’s shown commitment and stability in their previous roles
