As an Employment Specialist - Events Coordinator, you are the backbone of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. You will provide vital administration and operational support, ensuring that recruitment activities run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a strong service mindset.

your typical day includes

  • Managing the event calendar and coordinating campus and university recruiting events.
  • Engaging actively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to support the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Managing candidate workflows, including online technical screen management and post-event activities.
  • Ensuring recruitment process compliance and accurate system administration.
  • Collaborating with the team on special projects to enhance our service delivery.

your responsibilities include

  • Operational Support: Handling the end-to-end administration of campus recruitment events.
  • Workflow Management: Overseeing candidate progression, event tracking, and offer-related activities.
  • Compliance: Applying strict compliance and quality requirements to all recruitment tasks.
  • Engagement: Acting as a primary point of contact for candidate and stakeholder engagement activities.

your background

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in event coordination, recruitment support, administration, or customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of MS Office or Google products.
  • Systems: Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Base Salary: $38,010 - $51,450 (Hourly RPO contractor position).

 

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
