As a Talent Advisor - Early Career, you will be a global talent leader, providing solutions and expertise that help our brand new client position for growth. You will consult with external and internal talents, serving as a guide and advisor to the client’s hiring community while actively promoting the client’s values and culture in the market.

your typical day includes

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and effectively handling requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Closely cooperating with the sourcing team to fill roles and conducting in-depth interviews with candidates.
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems effectively to manage the talent pipeline.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and selection processes through continuous innovation to attract the best talent.

your responsibilities include

  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as a key partner for stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Bringing the client experience to life for all stakeholders and acting as an ambassador for their culture.
  • Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Process Innovation: Helping to drive continuous innovation in recruitment strategies.

your background

  • Early Career Expertise: Essential experience in Early Career recruitment is required for this position.
  • Recruitment Experience: Strong previous recruitment experience, preferably from an RPO environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience in recruitment specifically supporting German-speaking markets.
  • Language Skills: Must speak English fluently.

The base salary range for this position is $69,300-$93,660.

 

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
