Manager, Talent Delivery
how you will contribute
As a Manager, Talent Delivery, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing recruiting strategies that meet our client’s current and forecasted staffing needs. You will act as a partnership leader, implementing strategies to capture market share while fostering positive, long-term relationships with our clients.

your typical day includes
- Monitoring and assisting account staff in a matrix-based environment to ensure all staffing requirements are met.
- Actively participating in forecasting, budgeting, and business review processes both internally and externally.
- Auditing and verifying the accuracy of invoices, billing accruals, and client reporting.
- Leading team meetings to review SLAs and KPIs, performing root cause analysis if targets are missed, and recommending creative improvements.

- Coaching and mentoring your team, providing the feedback and training necessary to help them reach their professional goals.

your responsibilities include
- Account Portfolio Management: Meeting goals within your portfolio, including budget targets, SLAs, and managing client bill collections.

- Client Relationship Management: Partnering with clients to provide innovative solutions and streamline workflows for increased efficiency.
- Compliance & Diversity: Monitoring accounts to ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP and other regulatory processes, while meeting client diversity goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Assessing the quality of work delivered by the team and collaborating with Talent Managers to create action plans for improvement.

your background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 5-7+ years of related recruitment management experience.
- Core Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in project documentation, organizational presentation, and managing competing priorities.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience with the performance review process.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Shared Drives).

The base salary range for this position is $72,675 - $103,500.
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
